Sarah Stopps RVN
Sarah qualified from Bicton College in 2003. She has been Head Nurse at Silverton Veterinary Practice for nine years. Sarah is a clinical coach and enjoys training the nurses and also has an interest in medical nursing. She has not long become a mummy which takes up most of her time. She also enjoys walking her Springer Spaniel, Styles.
Kirsty Allan RVN CertVNECC
Kirsty started at Silvertons Veterinary Practice in 2008 as a veterinary nursing assistant. She then went on to do her nurse training and qualified in 2014. Earlier this year she completed a certificate in emergency and critical care nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys walking with her two dogs, Bosley and Baxter.
Rebekah Cole RVN
Rebekah qualified from Bicton College of Agriculture in 2006. Prior to becoming an RVN, she trained as an Animal Care Assistant. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, especially emergency and critical care. She completed the Blue Cross Pet Bereavement Support certificate in 2017. Rebekah has a black cat called Eefa. When not at work, Rebekah enjoys family life, especially nature walks.
Bryony Fletcher RVN
Bryony gained her diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2009 from Bicton College. She started at Silverton Veterinary Practice in 2003 as a veterinary care assistant. She especially enjoys running our in house laboratory, nurse clinics, being our feline advocate and promoting cat friendly nursing to ISFM standards. At home she has four Mississippi Map Turtles! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and partner.
Nicky Lane RVN
Nicky Lane RVN has worked at Silverton Veterinary Practice since January 2002 and qualified as an RVN in August 2003. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog, Gary, and spending time with her family.
Lucy March BSc (Hons) RVN
Lucy joined Silverton Veterinary Practice in June 2015 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a first-class honours degree in Veterinary Nursing. Her main interests are in anaesthesia, client education, canine behaviour and training. She has always lived in Devon, moving to Torbay in 2015. Outside of work she enjoys baking cakes and walking her two dogs, Bailey the Golden Retriever and River the Working Cocker, who she also trains and competes in agility with.
Zoe Reeve RVN AMInstLM
Zoe started working at Silverton Veterinary Practice in April 2018 after moving down to Devon from Lincolnshire. She has been in practice since 2003 and especially enjoys feline medicine and surgery. At home Zoe is ‘mum’ to three cats; Edna, Edgert and Hilda.
Student Veterinary Nurse
Leah joined our team December 2017 and started her veterinary nurse training in September 2018, she is currently in her second year. Leah enjoys being a part of the Silverton Veterinary Practice team, enjoying all aspects of nursing. At home she has a rescue dog, a Korean Jindo called Mickey and Madagascar Ringed Millipedes. In her spare time Leah enjoys walking and recently climbed Scafell Pike with Mickey.
Patient Care Assistant
Willow joined Silverton Veterinary Practice in August 2019. She is training as a Patient Care Assistant and hopes to be a Veterinary Nurse in the future. She particularly enjoys spending time with the patients while they are in recovery and comforting them while they wait to go home. At home she has five cats, three chickens, two chinchillas, lots of fish and a dog. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog with her grandma and going to the cinema.
